Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Delivery

Delivery is handled by Australia Post and typically takes 3–5 business days, with slightly longer timeframes for regional or remote areas. A tracking number is provided once your order is dispatched.

3. Address Errors

If an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout, resending the order incurs an additional postage fee, payable by the customer.

4. Lost or Damaged Parcels

Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be lodged directly with Australia Post using your tracking number. Please also forward your claim details to support@liquidshine.com.au so we can assist.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been posted.
