By accessing, browsing and/or using the Liquid Shine website (including any mobile site) and associated pages (“Website”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. These Terms are between you and Liquid Shine (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Liquid Shine”).

These Terms apply to all visitors and customers who use the Website and purchase products through it.

1. orders & eligibility

Orders may be placed on the Website by consumers purchasing goods for personal use. The resale or distribution of Liquid Shine products purchased on the Website is prohibited unless agreed in writing by us.

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided (including shipping address and contact details) is accurate and complete.

2. pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card details.

3. delivery & dispatch

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery time: Shipping is handled by Australia Post, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days, and slightly longer for regional or remote areas.

Tracking: A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, service disruptions, or factors outside our control.

4. order cancellation & address errors

No cancellations after dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been posted.

Incorrect address: If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, resending the parcel will incur additional postage fees payable by the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels: For parcels that are lost or damaged in transit, customers must lodge a claim directly with Australia Post using the tracking number. Please forward the claim details and any supporting information to support@liquidshine.com.au.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee (strict)

Liquid Shine is backed by a strict 30-day money-back guarantee, provided the product has been used correctly and does not restore the shine of black painted checker plate.

To submit a claim:

Email clear before and after photos showing the results to support@liquidshine.com.au within 30 days of purchase.

If the claim is approved:

The unused portion of the product must be returned at the customer’s cost before any refund is issued.
Refunds are processed only once the returned product has been received and inspected.

We reserve the right to refuse a claim where the product has not been used as directed or where adequate evidence is not provided.

6. correct surface use (no guarantee outside recommended surfaces)

Liquid Shine is designed for use on:

Black painted checker plate
Black hatch doors
Awning arms
Black rubber seals
4WD exterior black plastics

Liquid Shine is not recommended for:

Fibreglass
Composite panels
Raw aluminium
Clear Perspex windows

If Liquid Shine is applied to non-recommended surfaces, the 30-day guarantee does not apply.

7. product safety, storage & handling

Liquid Shine must be handled and stored responsibly.

Flammable product: Keep away from heat sources, sparks and open flames.
Storage: Store out of direct sunlight, away from other chemicals, and in a cool, room-temperature environment.
Use-by after opening: Once opened, the bottle should be used within 6 months.
Child safety: Keep out of reach of children at all times. Liquid Shine is not a toy and must not be ingested or handled by children.
First aid: If Liquid Shine comes into contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with clean water. If irritation persists, or if the product is swallowed, seek medical advice or contact emergency services immediately.

Use of the product is at the customer’s risk and should be carried out in accordance with the instructions provided on the Website and/or product label.

8. website information & disclaimer

We aim to ensure information on the Website is accurate at the time it is published. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or website content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Information provided on the Website is general information only and is not professional advice.

9. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded under law (including under the Australian Consumer Law), our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law, and at our option:

Replacement of goods or supply of equivalent goods; or
Refund of the amount paid for the goods.
